It offers a simpler, safer system for cleaning up flat top griddles in half the time of traditional cleaning products. Unique, three-step system (squirt, scour, squeegee) cleans commercial griddles in just 3 to 5 minutes while the grill is still hot (300 to 350 Fahrenheit) so you can focus on creating your next culinary masterpiece.
